Upcoming Milwood Neighborhood Association Meetings and Board Meeting Schedule

The Milwood Neighborhood Association is holding a General Meeting at the IBEW Local 131 building at 3641 E Cork St at 7 pm on October 22th, 2024. We would love to have as many neighbors as possible in attendance​, we hope you can join us!

We will be sharing updates on what we have accomplished so far, we will be sharing our Purpose Statement, Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and By-Laws prior to the meting and will hear neighbor feedback on the Mission Statement and By-Laws.

There will be an Annual Meeting for all neighbors of the Milwood Neighborhood on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at 7pm. This will be held at the IBEW Local 131 building at 3641 E Cork St. We will share progress that the Board of Directors has made and we will be sharing a list of things the board of directors could be working on for the neighborhood, allow neighbors to add any we've missed, than asking neighbors to select their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd priority for the board of directors to work on. This will allow the board to focus in on what is important to the neighborhood in general. We hope you can make it! We will make the list available ahead of time and allow neighbors who can not make it to add items and vote on their priorities digitally.

Upcoming Board of Directors Meetings:

The Milwood Neighborhood Association Board of Directors holds it's meetings at the Kalamazoo-Battle Creek International Airport Board Room. You take the escalator (or elevator or stairs) to the 2nd floor. Go left instead of towards security and the games and down the hall to the board room. They are generally held on the 4th Tuesday of the month (no December meeting and no October and January due to all neighborhood meetings those nights). Here is the schedule:
